"The place was very spacious, well equipped and is in a very good central location. It was stylish and clean and considering it’s pretty quiet."

"The instructions (including having to download an app), watching a video to access the apartment, et cetera is convoluted and seems excessive. The ensuite bathroom sink spouts are too long for the sink itself, and therefore every time they are turned on the sink vanity area floods and splashes you. The place could also do with having more hand and face towels - you were only given four bath towels and one hand towel for the Hall bathroom. The curtains in the lounge are not wide enough to adequately close, thus light streams in to the room in the morning - this is where the sofa bed is so they need to close properly. Also, the little window in the kitchen does not have any window dressings. The sliding glass door to the balcony doesn’t lock because two of the four locking hinges have been cracked."

"A very well maintained and secure apartment block. The owners were very informative prior to and during our stay. Step by step guide on how to access the apartments via codes is very helpful. The location is fantastic! The washing machine and tumble dryer are a great addition to the facilities. Along with a lovely big walk-in shower and plenty of storage. Would definitely stay again"

"Construction work was being undertaken on the building next door. As we were out all day, this wasn't an issue. However, during one night, supplies were being dropped off in the early hours. On the plus side, work did look near completion. Curtains in the living room were gappy. An addition curtain needs to be fitted to maintain privacy. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was springy and dipped in the middle."

"The building works were noisy but they didn’t start until 8am so it wasn’t too bad. Also the curtains in the lounge could do with being larger to block the light but neither of these are big issues."

"Fantastic location, very close to Arc de Triomphe and easy walking distance/ underground distance to nearly everything else. Clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Very secure entrance and exit system to apartment."

"1. Building still had construction at time of stay, and balcony off limits. Didn't affect our stay but would have been nice to know. Some building work noise that woke us up in Saturday morning but we were planning on being out to explore anyway. 2. The curtains in the main room with the sofa bed are too small and don't provide decent coverage for the person using the sofa bed. Would suggest this gets upgraded🙂 3. There is only one showeroom and 1 separate toilet (not 2 which is misleading on the booking.com advert). Would suggest this is updated as well."

"We were told that the outside work was finished, but it wasn't. The curtains are not wide enough and the living room can be seen a little from the person doing the construction."

"The host was extremely helpful and sent a detailed video and instructions on how to access the apartment, which we really appreciated !!! Although there were building works outside, the host had clearly shown where to go and we were not disturbed during our stay. The facilities were good and we had a very comfortable bed."

"We struggled to connect the TV, we would have contacted the host for help if we had been staying longer but we were only there for one night so it didn't matter and we managed to get it to sort of work in the end."
